Over the past several days, many of our users have been affected by netsplits due to power issues with our primary hub. We have been in contact with the data center, and they have identified the cause as a faulty breaker which was overheating. They have been working with their electricians, and a maintenance window has been scheduled for the breaker to be replaced this Saturday night/Sunday morning, between 3 AM and 5 AM Eastern (8 AM and 10 AM GMT).

During those hours, you may see some users split off briefly. Any down time should be minimal, however, because we are utilizing a secondary hub until the maintenance is complete. Most of our servers are currently linked to the secondary hub. Only the servers that are still linked to the primary hub will split off.

We expect that after the breaker is replaced, the hub will be back up and running with its previous stability. The hub had passed an impressive 2-year uptime when the first outage occurred, and we are eager to see it reach that milestone again.

Also, you may notice that you have or had to login again recently. This is due to a fix for a bug reported on our forums, in this thread. The bug has been tracked down and fixed, so you should now be able to stay logged in as expected. Happy browsing again!

We've also changed the front page slightly. If there is no current scrim event (you see the current events on the left side at any time), it will show the last activity on our forums so you can quickly jump to any new posts on our forums!

There's been another quick update to our website. The quotes page got a small addition. You can now view a list of channels that have public quotes added easily by visiting this page and selecting a channel!
