First of all, all of the remaining prizes from the 3rd anniversary were shipped quite some time ago, so if you haven't received yours, please let me (Lore) know as soon as possible! Thank you all again for joining in the festivities. :)

We're happy to welcome a new staff member, ViciouZ, to the Support Team, as our first staff addition of 2010. ViciouZ has been on the network practically since it first opened, and we're confident he will be a valuable asset to our staff. As usual, if you have any complaints about new staff, please send hate mail to anyone except me.

Also, over the past couple of weeks, some of you have been affected by occasional instability in our Germany server, which has historically been one of our most reliable servers. IhAh has been working with the data center, and they have identified a hardware issue which was causing problems. The Germany server should be back up and running soon!

And with the new year, we're planning lots of additions to services. Some new features are currently in testing in our development environment, and we're hoping to have them ready for the live network within the next two weeks.

It's shaping up to be a busy year for Global Gamers, so please fasten your seat belts and press the Flight Attendant button if you require one of those little bags they give to sick people on airplanes.
