Today is the 5th anniversary of Global Gamers, and what an amazing ride it has been. Those of us that have been around since the early days had no idea what was in store for us, but we are certainly happy with how things have turned out. Global Gamers is an amazing community full of wonderful people and we can't thank you all enough for being a part of this humble little network. Whether or not you have been on GG for a few days or a few years, we're glad to have you here.

To show our appreciation for all of your company, we invite each and every one of you to join us tomorrow, Saturday the 12th, as we celebrate these last 5 years and the many more to come. Each year we have some sort of anniversary party, and this year is no different! In the last news post I mentioned that we will be playing Xonotic, so make sure you have that downloaded, as well as TetriNET and Teeworlds. There will be other games and events going on, so even if those don't sound like your cup of tea, join us anyway! The festivities kick off at Noon Central time in #Home.
