Over the years, many things happened on Global Gamers. It all started in November 2005, where a few people connected some servers to try coding some nice new things. From that moment on, the timeline for Global Gamers started. See below for the whole timeline.

November 02, 2005 - TLL (the last level), the private development grounds for GGC, opened
December 17, 2005 - the Great Staff Forum Loss of 2005: iknietjij pressed the wrong button and all forums with development discussions were removed
May 03, 2006 - Switched from Bahamut to Nefarious
May 30, 2006 - Renamed TLL to GGC
August 01, 2006 - GGC went public
September 07, 2006 - GGC broke 200 users
September 20, 2006 - Weather commands were implemented
October 11, 2006 - New site design went live
November 01, 2006 - The DP community began to join GGC
November 08, 2006 - GGC broke 300 users
November 11, 2006 - GGC's launch party, GameServ was introduced
December 20, 2006 - First dev chat with WiC
December 25, 2006 - Merry Christmas! Channel fakehosts were introduced
January 12, 2007 - UTChat pointed to GGC
January 21, 2007 - MTGSalvation bash, GGC broke 400 users
January 24, 2007 - Community Events were introduced
January 27, 2007 - Tip of the Day added to the website
March 16, 2007 - GGCUno was put into service
April 01, 2007 - GGC's Clan Database was unveiled
April 06, 2007 - Protium began redirecting to GGC

October 26, 2007 - First GGC DP Mapmaking contest began
November 11, 2007 - 1-year anniversary party, changed name to GG, unveiled new website and brian's GGC script, DP Mapmaking contest ended and public voting began
November 20, 2007 - NoNameGame officially moved to GG
November 23, 2007 - Glossary, G-line removal tool, web statistics, and Clan Database announced as part of the new website
December 01, 2007 - DP Mapmaking contest winners announced
December 05, 2007 - All servers updated for Global Gamers domain change
January 15, 2008 - Invite limits enabled, Quote Service released
January 17, 2008 - Comments to news posts enabled
